| 摘要：电动汽车产业发展需要加强电动汽车充电基础设施建设。我国在参考借鉴国际标准的基础上，根据国内电动汽车技术发展状况及示范工程的运行情况进行了分析总结和自主创新制定了一系列技术标准，已基本建立了电动汽车充电设施的标准体系，但标准体系的完整性有待提高。论文介绍了电动汽车充电技术，分析了国外相关标准和我国电动汽车充电设施标准体系，指出了以后电动汽车充电技术相关标准制修订工作的重点方向。 |

| Abstract:Electric vehicle industry development needs to strengthen the electric vehicle charging infrastructure construction. Based on experience of international standards, In consideration of electric vehicle charging technologydevelopment and Operation condition of demonstration projects in China, a series of electric vehicle charging technical standards are constituted. The standard system of electric vehicle chargingfacilities is established preliminary, but the integrity of the standard system needs to be improved. This paper introduces the electric vehicle charging technology, analyzes the relevant foreign standards and China's electric vehicle charging facilities standards, point out after the electric vehicle charging technology related standards revision work. |
