      摘要:IEC61588协议是一种基于网络的精确时间同步协议,通过报文的交互实现时间的精确同步。目前,应用在电力系统的IEC61588时钟设备因为协议层的设计不规范、不统一,导致了诸多互联互通问题的诞生,这凸显了针对该类时钟设备开展IEC61588协议一致性测试的必要性。但是,目前国内对于IEC61588协议一致性测试的概念、原理、内容和方法的研究并不成熟,致使IEC61588协议一致性测试并未得到有效开展。本文在电力系统IEC61588时间同步系统测试和研究的基础上,首先介绍了IEC61588时钟设备协议一致性测试的概念、内容和方法,然后分析了针对IEC61588时钟设备开展协议一致性测试的难点,最后通过引入IEC61588管理机制,提出了基于IEC61588管理机制的电力系统IEC61588时钟设备协议一致性测试方案。

      Abstract: IEC61588 is a precise time synchronization protocol based on network, which completes the time synchronization process through message interaction. At present, the design is not standardized and unified between clock devices supported IEC61588, and this has caused many interconnection problems in the field application. All these problems highlight the necessity of IEC61588 protocol consistency test. But until now, the contents and methods of IEC61588 protocol consistency test is not mature and well applied. Based on researching and testing on the IEC61588 time synchronization system, this paper introduced the content of the IEC61588 clock device protocol conformance test and pointed out the difficulties that currently exist in the IEC61588 conformance testing of the intelligent substation equipments. Then, the management mechanism of IEC61588 was introduced and new ideas about the interoperability testing of IEC61588 on the clock devices of the intelligent substation were proposed.
